We are an institution committed to the personal transformation of our students through the study of traditional East Asian martial arts. Our objective is to build a stronger America, one Black belt at a time.

We are committed to the personal transformation of each of our students. For those individuals who are willing to make the necessary commitment, we offer a means of achieving a level of physical fitness and mental acuity that will profoundly impact the quality of the student's daily life.

We are first and foremost a school. The physical training we provide is merely one element of a comprehensive program. Our students gain a new understanding of how to focus their energy and how to live their lives consciously.

Our curriculum is a product of years of research and development based on the teachings of masters and grand masters, past and present, throughout the world. We have distilled this wisdom into a comprehensive program that extends from the most basic training conducted in our local schools to the most advanced studies in history, philosophy and techniques, which are offered at our research institute in Sun City West.
